One Content Capture Session every other month to build a library of usable photo and video content for your business
Your Content Capture Session
Duration: Up to 2 hours
Frequency: One session every other month while enrolled in Support+. NOTE: Content Capture Sessions must be used during their designated eligibility period and do not accumulate or roll over.
Location: One agreed-upon location per session
Purpose: Capture social-first photo and video content primarily using a smartphone and/or social-first content creation equipment. This is content creation — not professional photography or videography.
Planning: Includes a separate 30-minute Content Capture Planning Call to determine content goals, develop a shot list, and prepare for the session.
Deliverables: Organized, usable raw photo and video content captured during the session. Professional photo/video editing is not included unless separately agreed upon.
Client Participation: Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and ensuring all necessary products, materials, team members, spaces, wardrobe, props, etc. are ready at the scheduled start time.
Cancellation / Rescheduling: Life happens — we get it! Content Capture Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited and cannot be carried over to a future eligibility period. Emergencies, severe weather, and other unexpected circumstances will be handled reasonably and on a case-by-case basis.
• ⁃ Travel: Content Capture Sessions include travel to one agreed-upon location within approximately 90 minutes of Be So Social Co.'s home service area. Locations requiring 90 minutes–2 hours of travel may be accommodated for an additional travel fee. Locations requiring more than two hours of travel, overnight accommodations, tolls, parking, airfare, or other significant travel expenses will be quoted separately and must be approved in advance. Travel time is determined using the estimated driving time at the time of booking.

Every Support Request is reviewed to make sure Be So Social Support (or Support+) actually makes sense for what you need. If we think there could be a fit, we’ll invite you to a free 20-minute Support Fit Call.
This is our chance to chat about your business, what you’re looking for, how Support works, and—most importantly—make sure we vibe. This isn’t a strategy session (we’ve gotta save a little something for the relationship 😂); it’s simply a chance for both of us to decide if working together makes sense.
If it’s a fit + we have a spot: You’re in! 🎉 We’ll send over your agreement, first invoice, and everything you need to get started.
If it’s a fit + we’re full: Don’t go anywhere just yet. You’ll have the option to join our Support Waitlist for up to 90 days. If a spot opens during your waitlist window, we’ll reach out before offering that availability elsewhere.
If it’s not quite a fit: No awkward breakup speech required. 💛 We’ll let you know and, when it makes sense, point you toward another Be So Social Co. service that may be a better match.
One tiny but important thing: A Support Request or Fit Call does not guarantee acceptance or future availability. We intentionally work with no more than 3 active Support/Support+ clients at a time so we can actually support the people we say we’re supporting. Revolutionary, we know. 😂
